In order to aide Team Development we use selections of activities to motivate, facilitate and inspire the team to understand key performance competencies.
Theming Events is a great way to get the Team motivated and to buy in to the learning.

The Team enjoy the experience and want to appraise their performance to improve on the next challenge.
We have devised many different activities to facilitate this learning in a friendly, fun non-threatening environment.

Evaluation
As part of each Team Development exercise and activity, it is important that the team are able to evaluate their performance and key learning points.
The One4all Team will facilitate this, but we believe that self-evaluation by the team leads to a more valued 'buy in'. Each group is provided with a workbook specifically prepared for each activity that the team use to evaluate their own performance and decide upon goals to further develop.
The group is encouraged to share their learning with the other groups. Again the One4all Team will facilitate this process.
By the end of the event the groups will have a clear understanding of the key strengths and development areas to take back to the workplace and further develop.
