How do I book?
Just give us a call on 01949 86 11 55. Lines are open
from 9am-10pm.
Have an idea of the event format you would like to book and
the number of drivers.
Have a few dates and times in mind prior to calling.
A deposit is required for each driver booked on to the Event.
This is non refundable and non-transferable.E.g.(If you have
booked a Sprint Race for 9 people and only 8 arrive, the organiser
is still liable to pay for 8 drivers and the deposit for the
9th person is retained by LKQC- you loose one persons deposit.)
Try and book as far in advance as you can. We will already
have bookings for 12 months in advance!
Can I pay by Credit Card/Debit Card?
Of course you can. We do not accept American Express though.
Do you sell gift vouchers?
Yes we do. All vouchers are redeemable at any of our Centres.
What do I need to wear for Karting?
You will need to bring a pair of trainers or sensible
flat soled shoes and casual comfortable clothing. In the Winter
even though the circuit is indoors can be a little chilly.
If you wear clothing which is suitable you will not be permitted
on to the circuit.
How far in advance of my tracktime should my group and
myself arrive?
We advise at least 30 minutes prior to your session. Please
be aware that if your group are late in arrival you may lose
some of your race time.
If a little early take the time to make yourself familiar
with the circuit and have a drink in the Pit Stop Café.
What are the minimum ages and heights for Karting?
The minimum age for karting is 10 years. All drivers must
have an inside leg measurement of 27 inches. This is to ensure
that there is a slight bend in the leg in case of impact.
If you have booked any event other than a casual practice
session all drivers must be over the age of 16 years.
What happens if drivers are black flagged or driving recklessly?
Very simple, if we consider that a driver is breaking
safety guidance and/or putting others at risk or affecting
others enjoyment they will be given one warning. If they offend
again they will be removed from the circuit.
If a group are deliberately driving unsafely we will stop
the race. We also reserve the right to cancel the race.
In either case no refund will be offered.
Can I just turn up and drive?
Yes you can, but we do advise booking in order to secure
your tracktime. You may not be able to get on otherwise.
When are you open?
We can operate from 10am-10pm. Mondays we are usually closed
to arrive and drives but may be open for group bookings. Please
call before travelling.
Do you open the track to Mini-motos?
Sorry no we don't, our circuit is designed for karting
and would not be safe for public Mini-moto sessions.
If I book an Event will I have the circuit exclusively?
You are not guaranteed to have the circuit to yourself
especially at peak periods. Generally you will though especially
for large groups.
Is the circuit approved and inspected?
Yes and yes. The circuit is inspected annually by the
National Karting Association. The Health and Safety Executive
also inspect the circuit.
We hold £5million public liability insurance and risk
assess the circuit. The circuit operation is controlled by
operating procedures.
