How many activities can we do in one day?
We usually recommend three full activities for a fun day,
or up to six short activities for a team scoring event. A
team development day should only consist of two activities
to allow workshop time.
We would also recommend balancing the activities so that everyone
in the group would want to participate in the activity. For
evening activities we suggest that the activities arranged
are informal, thereby people can participate if and when they
want allowing more time to relax and socialise.
None of the activities listed in the sample packages suit
my requirements, can you arrange for alternative activities?
No problem, please give us a call on 01949 86 11 55 and ask
for the Corporate Events department go through your requirements
and produce a no obligation proposal for you.
Can we just book a day and pick what activities we would
like to do on arrival?
Unfortunately not. All of our Centres are very busy, so we
therefore need to ensure all of the equipment is available
for you along with instructors. For hospitality days there
are a couple of ways to give much variety without incurring
great cost. Please call to discuss.
What clothing will we need?
All of this information is available from the clothing information
page. We will supply all of the necessary safety equipment,
helmets, gloves wetsuits etc. We do suggest not using your
own equipment as for many of the activities it's use is not
permitted. We also wouldn't want you equipment to be damaged.
Do you provide personal accident insurance?
At present we are not in a position to provide personal accident
insurance. One4all Group do however have £5 million
products/public liability insurance. We do suggest that it
may be advisable to take out your own policy, as you would
do when going on holiday.
Can we provide our own transport?
Yes you can. Though we suggest you hire either a coach or
a minibus
What are the booking terms and conditions?
We can usually hold facilities for you for a short period
of time on a 'provisional basis'. We would then require an
event deposit prior to the Event with the balance being invoiced
prior to the Event.
Is it possible to bring your activities to another venue?
Usually not a problem. We'd come and complete a site visit
prior to the Event to ensure we are aware of any special details.
